These terms cover your use of Roastlechon.io (roastlechon.io), operated by Roastlechon, LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. The service

Roastlechon.io is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise any particular level of availability.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Intellectual property

The site, its code, graphics and text are owned by Roastlechon, LLC, except where third-party components are used under their own licences. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from them without permission.

4. Advertising and third-party links

The site displays ads served by Google and may link to other websites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Anything you do with an advertiser or linked site is between you and them.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roastlechon, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Roastlechon, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to that venue.
